She would have Her revenge. Though born in a purity of violent collisions, fire, and molten lava, She cooled to a majestic beauty and lived in peace for billions of years. But eventually, upright creations evolved on Her skin- at first a whisper of a tickle, hardly noticeable, a tiny itch in the night. But the creations became a virus, a cancer, splitting and mutating into different strains, coating Her skin from pole to pole. They brought fire, slaughter, and a scraping and re-sculpting of Her skin. It wasn’t too much at first to bother Her.
